today we will be making delicious, fast

see now we have three frying pan ready
we will go thru 3 steps
first step, fire up your flame for the big frying pan
on medium
add 3 cup or 700 milliliters milk
just we have to warm up the milk properly
wait until a first boiled
let's go to our medium size pan
fire up your flame for this too
on medium low
on this we are adding
1/2 cup water
and 1/2 cup sugar
we will simmer till we get thick consistency
basically one side milk is simmering
and here sugar syrup is getting ready
we took equal amount of water and sugar, to get rich simple syrup
sugar dissolved in water so let's slow the flame to low
now milk got a boil
turn flame to medium low
add a pinch of saffron
for nice color
one teaspoon almond
one teaspoon pistachio
one teaspoon rose water
this will bring nice aroma
mix all together
add a pinch of saffron to sugar syrup
that it
keep moving your spoon
and drag the cream from all side
so milk become thicker with cream
let's check sugar syrup
and see what thickness we need
Ya...it's still running
we need little more thicker
so simmer more
see now our sugar syrup is ready
look at this slow dripping
so now we turn off flame
scrape all the cream from sides and mix with milk
and bring to the center
and make sure get all cream from bottom too
at this point add
4 tablespoons sugar
now add 1/2 cup milk powder
you can use any, mine is sweetened
therefore I add 4 tablespoons sugar
if your milk powder is not sweet, then more sugar
mine is sweetened
after boil we have cook milk for 15 minutes
and after adding the milk powder we been cooking since 10 minutes
flame is still on slow
new Rabari will be ready in 10 more minutes
now is the best time to move forward to other part of recipe
so move cold sugar syrup frying pan a side
replacing with very small frying pan
on that we begin to fry your bread slices
let's get flame to medium lo
now add
4 tablespoons ghee
this is a royal dessert
never attempt to making in oil
unless you have health issues
and you have craving to eat this royal dessert
otherwise test will be like
here we have 4 slices of bread
if you want to remove corner
I will keep them
and I am cutting in crosswise
it is your own preference
keeping the bread corners will not suck too much Ghee
plus taste will be more better
we have set flame to medium lo, we will not go to smoke point
and keep eye on milk pan
see how nice our Rabari is getting ready
we have reduced flame to low now
if you don't want to deep fry bread
I am giving you a solution for that
but result will not be the same
spread butters on both side of the bread
and toasting it
it will not going to properly brown and not crispy
but if you want an escape and don't want to fry in ghee
then you have a choice
keep turning both side so we can get nice color
and you can keep eye on it, and you will get crispy too
how beautiful golden color
we do not want dark or light color, also we want crispy
and here you see Rabari is ready, turn off the flame
see how beautiful color it is, let's remove this one
now remove this too
when temperature is right then you don't need to place on the paper towel
let's keep going like this
if you feel you need more ghee then pour some
i am adding 1 tbsp more
here the last one is done
let's assemble all together
sugar syrup intentionally kept thicker
so when we soak bread into syrup, bread not become soft
the idea is to keep crispy the bread all the way
if get thick syrup we will keep bread longer crisper
