Watermelon Halwa For 10 portions To Prep 10 mins To Cook 45 mins Ingredients Required Small size watermelon 1 no Sugar 400 gm Ghee 300 gm Corn starch 4 tbsp Cardamom powder 1 pinch Chopped Almonds & Pistachio. Method Cut the watermelon and blend it to a fine consistency. strain the juice, add corn starch and whisk it well. heat the pan and add the watermelon pulp to it. start stirring well for the next 30 mins. once the pulp has reached the boiling consistency,reduce the flame to medium heat,add sugar and mix well after few minutes start adding ghee little by little and stir well keep on stirring well, now add the chopped nuts and cardamon powder stir well for few minutes until the ghee separates and glossy texture is formed. switch off the flame and let it cool for few minutes. transfer it to a bowl, served hot or cold.
